Policies
The Powell River Skating Club has the following policies:

| Payment Options | Both full payments and installments are available by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover cards. There is also an option to pay in person by cheque or cash, as well as payment by e-transfer sent to powellriverskatingclub1@gmail.com. |
| Refund Policy | A full refund can be provided within the first 2 weeks of a program's start date. After this time the Skate Canada fee is non-refundable. If you choose to withdraw your child after the first 2 weeks please contact the club for further information. |
| Helmet Policy | All members participating in CanSkate programs up to Level 5 must wear a CSA approved helmet while on the ice. This policy applies to all Skate Canada programs, therefore anyone who lacks good control/balance when skating forward or backward, or who has difficulty stopping or maneuvering around obstacles on the ice must wear a CSA approved helmet. |
| Privacy Policy | The information requested by the Powell River Skating Club is used for the sole purpose to ensure the delivery of services to all members of the club. Information is shared with Skate Canada only for the purpose of registration and record keeping. Photographs and video may be taken by the Powell River Skating Club for instructional purposes, program information, special events, social media, and to highlight skating accomplishments. |
In addition to the general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during the registration process.
